Abstract: This article introduces the importance of precision control in the segmented construction process of deepwater semi-submersible FPSO, explores the principles and methods of precision control, and conducts a detailed analysis of precision control for the segmented construction process. Through the research in this article, it can effectively improve the accuracy and quality of the segmented construction of semi-submersible FPSO, reduce errors and defects in the construction process of the hull, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the hull.
