微波漏能法在线检测水分的研究+李金瑞
  

摘要:物料中含水率对产品的性能质量和生产效率有着非常重要的影响,现国内外用于测量物质含水量有多种方法但在应用中存在各种不足。微波漏能在线水分检测技术微波信号源发射微波信号通过波导管进入检测室,物料中水分子吸收微波热运动摩擦剧烈振动,实现微波能向热能转化,使得微波透过样品能量发生变化。该方法弥补了原有水分检测方法的不足,实现对物料中水分质量实时分析在多领域应用。

AbstractThe moisture content in materials has a very important influence on the performance, quality and production efficiency of products. At present, there are many methods for testing the moisture content of materials at home and abroad,but which have various defect in application. On-line moisture testing technology of microwave energy leakage method is that microwave signal is transmitted by microwave signal source to enter the testing room through waveguide. Molecules in the material absorb microwave, which are thermal motion and friction. Microwave energy transforms into heat energy , so that microwave energ changes through the materials. The method makes up the defect of the original moisture testing method and realizes real-time analysis of moisture quality in materials. It is applied in many fields.
