某超高无檩门式刚架钢结构厂房的设计浅析

　　

以实际设计项目为例，针对建筑高度超过18米、带桥式吊车的无檩轻钢隔音保温板厂房的设计要点做简要探讨。新型一体式轻质隔音无檩模块板目前市场上有多种施工工艺，每种工艺存在诸多优缺点，有时候对主体结构设计会造成很大影响。主要钢构计算分析时忽略应力蒙皮效应，不仅能简化设计，还有助于提高主要钢构的安全度；但同时为尽量保证围护结构的蒙皮效应发挥，应注意做好构造措施。

This article takes an actual design project as an example to briefly explore the design points of a non-purlin light steel sound insulation board factory with a bridge crane and a building height exceeding 18m. The new integrated lightweight soundproof module board without purlins currently has multiple construction processes on the market, and each process has many advantages and disadvantages, which sometimes have a significant impact on the design of the main structure. Neglecting the stress skin effect in the calculation and analysis of the main steel structure not only simplifies the design, but also helps to improve the safety of the main steel structure; But at the same time, to ensure the stress skin effect of the enclosure structure is maximized, special attention should be paid to taking construction measures.
