Abstract:
This article delves into
the design of helium leak detection schemes for plate heat exchangers, focusing
on the requirements for sealing performance of plate heat exchangers. It
elaborates on the conditions required for helium leak detection testing, the
principles and methods of helium leak detection, the construction of the helium
leak detection system, the design of the helium leak detection process, and its
application in sealing leak detection of plate heat exchangers. By constructing
the leak detection system, optimizing the leak detection process, and analyzing
the results, an efficient and accurate helium leak detection scheme for plate
heat exchangers is proposed. This scheme is of great significance for improving
the quality and reliability of plate heat exchangers.
