雨水回用装置出水浊度高因素探究及优化
  

要:扬子石化水厂通过混凝+过滤的工艺处理将雨水回用为循环水系统补充水,减少新鲜水用量。但是当前雨水回用装置处理效果不佳,浊度去除率较低,回用水浊度较高。本文通过实验探究影响当前雨水回用装置浊度去除的影响因素,并提出优化方案。实验结果表明,多种常用混凝剂中,PAC对雨水杂质的混凝效果最好;增加PAC投加量至13.9 mg/L,可使装置出水浊度降低至2.69 NTU,添加0.25 mg/LPAM助凝剂也有利于雨水浊度的去除;进水流量为275 m³/h时,装置出水浊度最低;采用小粒径石英砂可以提高对粒径较小的絮凝体截留效果,从而提高装置回用水浊度去除效果。

Abstract: The Water works of Yangtze Petrochemical Company reuse rainwater as makeup water for circulating water system by “Coagulation + Filtration” treating to reduce consumption of fresh water. However, the rainwater reuse unit is ineffective at present, resulting in high turbidity of reuse water. This article explores the influencing factors of turbidity removaland propose optimization solutions. The results of experiments show that PAC has the best coagulate effect on rainwater impurities among six coagulation reagent. Increasing the dosage of PAC to 13.9 mg/L can reduce the turbidity to 2.69 NTU, and adding 0.25 mg/L PAM coagulant aid is also beneficial for the removal of rainwater turbidity. When the inlet flow rate is 275 m³/h, the turbidity is the lowest; The use of small-sized quartz sand can improve the retention effect on smaller flocs, thereby enhancing the turbidity removal efficiency.
