口溶膜剂是一种由合适材料制成的单一或多层薄片，在口腔中迅速崩解释放出活性物质，无需咀嚼或摄入水。作为一种新型口服药物递送剂型，具有可在口腔中迅速崩解、剂量准确、携带方便、依从性好等优点，有效的解决特殊患者如老人、儿童、吞咽困难、卧床不起、精神病患者等服用药物依从性差的问题，可作为改良创新药物研究的理想方向。本文对口溶膜的优缺点以及制备技术进行了综述，包括溶液浇铸法、热熔挤出法、静电纺丝技术、打印技术等，期望为口溶膜剂的研发提供一些新思路。

Abstract
Orodispersible films are single or multilayer sheets made of suitable materials that quickly disintegrate in the mouth to release the active substance without chewing or ingesting water. As a new oral drug delivery dosage form, it has the advantages of rapid disintegration in the mouth, accurate dosage, easy to carry, and good compliance. It can effectively solve the problems of poor medication compliance in special patients such as the geriatric, pediatric, dysphagia, bedridden, and those with Central Nervous System disorders, and can be used as an ideal direction for improved and
innovative drug research. In this review, the advantages and disadvantages of the mouth soluble film and the preparation technology are reviewed, including solvent
casting, hot-melt extrusion, electrospinning technology, printing technology, etc.,expect to provide some new ideas for the development of ODFs.
