磁性纳米吸附材料的制备及其在金回收领域的研究进展
  

摘要:磁性纳米吸附材料因其可控的磁响应性和高效的分离能力而在金回收领域备受关注。以往研究证实,使用磁性纳米颗粒作为吸附材料,在外加磁场作用下材料易于回收和再利用,同时也降低了处理成本和环境风险。介绍了磁性纳米吸附材料的合成策略,包括共沉淀法、球磨法、微波辅助合成法等,这些方法可以调控磁性纳米颗粒的成核生长及其在载体材料中的分散性。此外,评估了不同结构和功能化策略对金离子吸附性能的影响。揭示了表面功能基团修饰、掺杂异质原子和构建复合材料对吸附能力和选择性的显著贡献。为设计下一代高效、稳定且易于回收的磁性纳米吸附材料总结了理论基础和实验依据,为绿色化学和工业可持续发展提供支持。

Abstract: Nano magnetic adsorbent materials have garnered significant attention in the field of gold recovery due to their controllable magnetic responsiveness and efficient separation capabilities. Previous studies have demonstrated that utilizing nano magnetic particles as adsorbent materials allows for easy recovery and reuse under an external magnetic field, thereby reducing processing costs and environmental risks. This paper introduces synthesis strategies for nano magnetic adsorbent materials, including co-precipitation, ball milling, and microwave-assisted synthesis methods, which can regulate the nucleation and growth of nano magnetic particles and their dispersion within carrier materials. Additionally, the paper evaluates the impact of different structural and functionalization strategies on the adsorption performance of gold ions, revealing that surface functional group modifications, heteroatom doping, and composite material construction significantly enhance adsorption capacity and selectivity. The theoretical foundations and experimental evidence summarized herein provide support for the design of next-generation efficient, stable, and easily recoverable nano magnetic adsorbent materials, contributing to green chemistry and industrial sustainability.
