摘要目前海水制氯电解槽在运行中产生的垢层一般使用盐酸进行清洗,而强酸会对电解槽的密封O形圈的力学性能产生影响,造成密封失效等安全隐患。于是本文通过模拟实际酸洗工况,开展10%盐酸和不同浓度NS06固态清洗剂对电解槽氟橡胶和硅橡胶O形圈的浸泡实验,对比评估不同清洗剂对于O形圈力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,氟橡胶O形圈受酸洗液的影响小于硅橡胶O形圈固态清洗剂对于氟橡胶的影响小于盐酸的影响。3%NS06固态清洗剂对于氟橡胶O形圈的影响最小,其中,硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率较原样的变化率分别是4.2%-59.8%-16.2%

AbstractAt present, the scale produced in the operation of seawater chlorine electrolyzer is generally cleaned with hydrochloric acid, and the strong acid will affect the mechanical properties of the sealed O-ring of the electrolyzer, resulting in seal failure and other safety risks. Therefore, by simulating the actual acid cleaning conditions, this paper carried out the immersion experiment of 10% hydrochloric acid and NS06 solid state cleaning agent with different concentrations on the fluorine rubber and silicone rubber O-rings in the electrolytic cell, and compared and evaluated the influence of different cleaning agents on the mechanical properties of the O-rings. The experimental results show that the influence of hydrochloric acid on fluorine rubber O-ring is less than that of silicone rubber O-ring, and the influence of solid cleaning agent on fluorine rubber is less than that of hydrochloric acid. 3%NS06 solid state cleaning agent has the minimum influence on fluorine rubber O-rings, among which the hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break change rates are 4.2%, -59.8% and -16.2%, respectively.
