岸电平台HVAC监控系统设计及调试(投稿)
摘要: 针对岸电平台房间多、暖通空调设备多的特点,分析独立设计HVAC监控系统的必要性;通过对暖通设备的材质及性能等方面的选型设计,以及暖通设备的主、备设计和监控系统卡件、通讯网络的冗余设计,满足了岸电平台高安全性需求;微正压的通风设计,降低了海风对房间设备的腐蚀;通风系统的自动启停,提高了平台智能化;介绍了调试流程,最后总结了调试中常见的问题,对相应的问题进行分析,寻求合理的解决方案,为HVAC监控系统的设计、调试等相关人员提供参考。关键词: 监控系统;微正压;暖通空调;调试Design and Commissioning of HVAC Monitoring System for Offshore Power Supply Platform Sun Faqiang(Offshore Oil Engineering (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., Qingdao 266520, China)
Abstract: Based on the characteristics of multiple rooms and HVAC equipment on offshore power supply platforms, the necessity of independently designed HVAC monitoring systems is analyzed; Through the selection and design of materials and performance of HVAC equipment, as well as the main and backup design of HVAC equipment and the redundant design of monitoring system cards and communication networks, the high security of the offshore power supply platform is met; The ventilation design with slight positive pressure reduces the corrosion of room equipment by sea breeze; Finally, common problems encountered during commissioning were summarized, and corresponding solutions were analyzed and processed to seek reasonable solutions, providing reference for personnel involved in the design and commissioning of HVAC monitoring systems.Key words: monitoring system;positive pressure;HVAC;commissioning
