摘 要:叙述了丙烷脱氢装置环保管控治理措施及环保排放原因分析,包括丙烷脱氢装置简介以及废气的来源及组分详情,分析了装置非甲烷总烃排放量增加的原因。阐述了非甲烷总烃和VOCs的关系,已经国内外VOCs治理方法及优缺点。对非甲烷总烃催化氧化去除原理分析以及对化工厂行业内催化剂成分和影响因素进行分析,并给出了实际生产中的注意事项。
Abstract:This paper describes the environmental control and treatment measures of PDH unit and analyzes the causes of environmental emissions, including the introduction of PDH unit and the details of the source and components of the exhaust gas, and analyzes the reasons for the increase of NMHC emissions of the unit. The relationship between non-methane hydrocarbon and VOCs, the treatment methods of VOCs at home and abroad, and their advantages and disadvantages are described. The principle of NMHC catalytic oxidation removal and the catalyst components and influencing factors in chemical industry were analyzed, and the points for attention in actual production were given.
