国内化工装置区普遍具有整体结构紧凑的特点,各类支架、设备等众多,导致部分操作位空间狭小,这不仅对人员操作的便利性提出了挑战,还带来了安全隐患,因此有必要为相关构件确立人性化安全化设计原则,在设计阶段甚至包括施工阶段,都应遵循这些原则,以确保最终产品符合相关的人性化安全化设计标准。文章总结并分析了某已完工的化工项目中部分结构所采用的人性化安全化设计原则,详细阐述了设计过程中涉及相关要求的结构、阀门等组件的人性化安全化设计要求,并归纳了化工装置区内人员操作的人性化安全化设计原则,旨在为其他类似项目的设计提供参考。Domestic chemical plant areas generally feature a compact
overall structure with numerous supports and equipment, leading to cramped
spaces in some operational locations. This poses challenges to the convenience
of personnel operations and raises safety concerns. Therefore, it is necessary
to establish humanized and safety-oriented design
principles for related components. During the design phase, and even the
construction phase, these principles should be adhered to in order to ensure
that the final product meets the relevant standards for humanized and
safety-oriented design. This article summarizes and analyzes the humanized and
safety-oriented design principles applied to certain structures within a
completed chemical project. It elaborates on the design requirements for
structures, valves, and other components involved in the design process,
outlining some principles for humanized and safety-oriented design in chemical
plant areas. These principles aim to provide a reference for the design of other
similar projects.
