产教融合视域下高职实验技术队伍能力建构:现状解析与提升策略
  

摘要作为高等教育机构教学实践、科学研究及技术服务的核心支撑力量,实验技术人员的专业素养与职业能力直接决定了实验教学成效、科研创新水平以及实验场所安全运行效能。然而现行体制中普遍存在结构配置失衡、职能界定不清、职业发展通道不畅等突出问题。本研究针对高等职业院校实验技术团队的建制现状进行系统剖析,基于实证调研数据揭示其发展困境,进而构建具有可操作性的针对性优化方案,旨在为实验教学体系革新、科研能力提升及管理机制优化的系统性升级提供决策参考。

AbstractAs a core supporting force for teaching practices, scientific research, and technical services in higher education institutions, the professional competence and vocational capabilities of experimental technical personnel directly determine the effectiveness of experimental instruction, the level of scientific innovation, and the operational efficiency of laboratory safety management. However, the current system exhibits prominent issues including structural imbalances in staffing, ambiguous role definitions, and restricted career progression pathways. This study conducts systematic analysis of the organizational status of experimental technical teams in higher vocational colleges. Through empirical research data, it reveals their developmental challenges and subsequently formulates actionable and targeted optimization strategies. The research aims to provide decision-making references for systematic upgrades in experimental teaching system innovation, scientific research capacity enhancement, and management mechanism optimization.
