
摘要:环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯(AESO)作为一种环境友好型生物基材料,因其可再生性、低毒性和优异的可改性特性,近年来该材料在材料科学领域迅速崛起,成为研究热点。文章系统综述了AESO的合成方法、改性技术及其在涂料、胶粘剂、复合材料、可降解材料等领域的应用进展。通过与传统石油基材料对,AESO展现了它在环保性、可再生性和性能优化方面的巨大潜力。文章意在为AESO的进一步开发与商业化应用提供理论依据与实践指导,推动环保材料科学的进步与发展。
Abstract: AESO (Acrylated Epoxidized Soybean Oil), as an environmentally friendly bio-based material, has attracted much attention in the field of materials science in recent years due to its renewability, low toxicity, and excellent modifiable properties. In this paper, synthetic methods, modification techniques, and applications of AESO in coatings, adhesives, composites, and degradable materials are reviewed. By comparing traditional petroleum-based materials, AESO has shown great potential in terms of environmental protection, renewability, and performance optimization. It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further development and commercial application of AESO, and promote the progress and development of environmental protection material science.
