摘要：艾叶挥发油是艾叶的主要活性成分，应用历史悠久，疗效显著，具有极大的研究价值及开发潜力。艾叶挥发油成分复杂，含有萜类、酮醛类、醇(酚)类、酸(酯)类、烷(烯)烃类等多种化学成分，具有抗病原微生物、抗炎、镇痛、抗癌等多种生物活性。本文系统综述了艾叶挥发油的化学成分特征及其影响因素，并梳理了其主要药理作用机制与临床应用现状，旨在为该活性组分的进一步开发利用、相关产品研发及学术研究提供科学参考依据。

Abstract: The volatile oil of Artemisia argyi H.Lév. & Vaniot is the main active component of Artemisia argyi H.Lév. & Vaniot. It has a long history of application and remarkable therapeutic effects, and possesses great research value and development potential. The volatile oil of Artemisia argyi H.Lév. & Vaniot contains various chemical components such as terpenoids, ketals, alcohols (phenols), acids (esters), alkanes (alkenes), etc., and exhibits multiple biological activities including anti-pathogenic microorganisms, anti-inflammation, analgesia, and anti-cancer. This paper systematically reviews the chemical composition characteristics and influencing factors of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi H.Lév. & Vaniot, and sorts out its main pharmacological mechanisms and current status of clinical applications, aiming to provide a scientific reference for the further development and utilization of this active component, the research and development of related products, and academic research.
