摘要：随着生态环境问题的日益凸显，绿色发展理念已成为社会生产生活的核心导向，而高校作为人才培养与知识创新的重要阵地，是绿色化学理念落地实践的关键载体。本文阐释了地方高校开展绿色化学教育教学的重要价值，梳理了绿色化学理念在地方高校化学教学中的应用现状，剖析了其在教学融合、实验室建设、师资培育等方面存在的核心问题，并结合绿色化学研究前沿与教学实践成果，从思想认知培育、教学内容优化、管理制度完善、实验室绿色化建设、实践模式创新等维度，探索了地方高校化学教学深度融入绿色化学理念的实践路径，为地方高校推进化学教育教学改革、培育兼具专业素养与绿色发展理念的应用型人才提供参考。

Abstract：With the increasingly prominent ecological and environmental problems, the concept of green development has become the core guide of social production and life. As an important position for talent training and knowledge innovation, universities are the key carriers for the practical implementation of green chemistry concepts. This paper expounds the important value of carrying out green chemistry education and teaching in regional universities, sorts out the current application status of green chemistry concepts in chemistry teaching of regional universities, analyzes the core problems existing in teaching integration, laboratory construction and teacher training, and combines the research frontier of green chemistry and the achievements of teaching practice. From the dimensions of ideological cognition cultivation, teaching content optimization, management system improvement, green laboratory construction and practical mode innovation, this paper explores the practical path of deeply integrating green chemistry concepts into chemistry teaching in regional universities, so as to provide reference for regional universities to promote the reform of chemistry education and teaching and cultivate applied talents with both professional quality and green development concept.
