
摘要:针对某埋地天然气管道高压线走廊段面临的杂散电流干扰影响,采用“固态去耦合器+接地极”的方法缓解交流干扰,然而实际应用中频发固态去耦合器热烧毁故障,导致防护效能显著降低。本文通过选取典型故障区段,对其阴极保护系统开展24小时连续监测与数据解析,系统探究了固态去耦合器的热烧毁故障原因及排流效果,并从固态去耦合器设计、安装、维护、监测等四个方面提出参考建议,旨在为同类型油气管道交流干扰防护提供一定的技术参考。
Abstract:To mitigate the impact of stray current interference in a buried natural gas pipeline adjacent to a high-voltage transmission corridor,a mitigation scheme comprising “solid-state decouplers (SSDs) + grounding electrodes” was implemented. However, frequent thermal burn-out failures of the SSDs were observed during operation, significantly degrading the protection efficacy. This study focuses on a typical fault section where 24-hour continuous monitoring and data analysis of the cathodic protection system were conducted. The root causes of the thermal failures and the effectiveness of the drainage system were systematically investigated. Furthermore, targeted recommendations regarding SSD design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring are proposed to provide technical references for AC interference mitigation in similar oil and gas pipelines.
