203H57-1井抗高温高密度钻井液技术

摘要:203H57-1井位于泸州区块阳高寺构造群福集向斜,开发泸州区块泸203井区龙马溪组优质储层页岩气资源。钻井过程中需要克服石膏和碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染;高密度水基钻井液流变性调控困难;地温梯度高,对钻井液的抗温性能要求高;茅口组、龙马溪组地层裂缝发育,易漏易塌易喷等技术难题。为此水基钻井液优选了钾钙基聚磺钻井液体系,四开选用白油基钻井液,满足了钻井施工要求。

Abstract: Well Luzhou-203H57-1 is located in the Fuchiji Syncline of the Yanggaosi Structuralt in the Luzhou Block, aiming to develop high-quality shale gas resources in the Longmaxi Formation reservoirs of the Luzhou-203 Well Area. During drilling, technical changes such as gypsum and carbonate/bicarbonate contamination, difficulty in rheological control of high-density water-based drilling fluids, high geothermal gradients requiring high thermal stability of drilling fluids, and tendency for leakage, collapse, and blowout due to developed fractures in the Maokou and Longmaxi Formations were overcome. To address these issues, a potassium-cased polymer sulfonate drilling fluid system was selected for the water-based drilling fluid, while a white oil-based drilling fluid was used for the fourth opening, meeting the requirements for drillinoperations.
