
摘要:针对延迟焦化装置焦炭塔大吹汽过程中蒸汽消耗量大、塔壁热应力不均、堵塔风险高等技术难题,上海优华研发的SS智能喷雾系统通过气液双相雾化技术与PLC智能控制算法的有机结合,实现了大吹汽工艺的精准调控。系统阐述该系统的核心设备构成、雾化机理、工艺流程设计、操作控制逻辑及维护要点,结合中海石油惠州炼化、金陵石化等3套工业装置的长期运行数据(累计运行超8000小时),验证其在节能降耗、设备保护及工艺优化方面的显著成效。研究表明,SS 智能喷雾系统可使单次大吹汽蒸汽消耗量降低28~33吨(降幅达28%~43%),塔壁温降速度稳定控制在5 ℃/min 以内,蒸汽管网压力波动幅度减少38% 以上,有效避免炸焦堵塔事故,为延迟焦化装置的安全、高效、低碳运行提供了可靠技术支撑。
ABSTRACT:To address the technical challenges in the heavy steam stripping process of coke drums in delayed coking units, such as high steam consumption, uneven thermal stress on the drum wall, and high risk of tower blockage, the SS Intelligent Spray System developed by Shanghai Youhua realizes precise regulation of the heavy steam stripping process through the organic integration of gasliquid twophase atomization technology and PLC intelligent control algorithm. This paper systematically introduces the core equipment configuration, atomization mechanism, process flow design, operation control logic and maintenance essentials of the system. Based on the longterm operation data of three industrial units including CNOOC Huizhou Refinery and Jinling Petrochemical (with a cumulative operation time of more than 8,000 hours), the remarkable effects of the system in energy saving, consumption reduction, equipment protection and process optimization are verified. Studies show that the SS Intelligent Spray System can reduce the steam consumption per heavy steam stripping operation by 28–33 tons (a reduction rate of 28%–43%), stably control the temperature drop rate of the drum wall within 5℃/min, and decrease the pressure fluctuation of the steam pipe network by more than 38%. It effectively avoids coking tower blockage and rupture accidents, providing reliable technical support for the safe, efficient and lowcarbon operation of delayed coking units.
