
【摘要】本论文建立了以微波消解-氢化物原子吸收法来测定壳聚糖医用抗菌产品:壳聚糖抗菌喷剂、壳聚糖护创敷料中微量砷的测定方法,该方法测定结果的γ相对标准偏差(RSD,n = 6)小于6.1%,回收率范围为90.6%−104.8 %,方法的检出限为0.045 μg/Kg。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为壳聚糖医用抗菌产品:壳聚糖抗菌喷剂、壳聚糖护创敷料中微量砷的测定方法

Determination of As in CTS-medical antibacterial products by microwave digestion hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry
Abstract: A microwave digestion hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry method was established for the determination of trail amounts of As in CTS-medical antibacterial products:CTS-antibacterial spray and CTS-protecting wound dressing . The detection limit of As was 0.045 μg/Kg, RSD<6.1%,the recovery was 90.6%−104.8 % . The method is simple rapid and sensitivity and can be applied for the determination of trace amount of As in CTS-medical antibacterial products:CTS- antibacterial spray and CTS-protecting wound dressing.
