113批餐饮食品微生物检验结果分析

　　

摘要：目的 了解我市餐饮食品微生物污染状况，为食品安全监管提供科学依据。 方法 对2013年度抽检的餐饮食品微生物检验结果进行统计分析。结果 抽检样品共7类113批次，合格率89.4%。其中，自制饮料、非发酵性豆制品和熟肉制品共3个品种受到菌落总数、大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌不同程度的污染。结论 提示应严格控制和消除食品微生物污染对人体的危害，防止食源性疾病和食物中毒事件的发生。
