低低压蒸汽波动对蒲城聚丙烯工艺的影响及对策

　　

摘要：分析蒸汽波动对试车过程中聚丙烯工艺影响。维持蒸汽压力520Kpa；修订反应器进出料系统、高压闪蒸系统、气蒸器相关PID参数；控制高压袋滤器的温度约84℃、高压丙烯洗涤塔液位约50%及汽蒸器温度约105℃，使聚丙烯系统反应器平稳运行。

Abstract: Analysised effects of low-low pressure steam fluctuations about Pucheng polypropylene project. Maintain the steam pressure of 0.5 MPa; Revised front-rear reactor system, high-pressure flash system, gas steamer relevant PID parameters; Control the temperature of the high pressure bag filter is about 84 ℃, the high pressure scrubber propylene liquid level about 50% and the steamer for temperature about 105 ℃, the polypropylene reactor system running steadily.
