生物质秸秆炼制技术与案例分析

　　

摘要：

利用生物质炼制技术可以实现秸秆不同组分的分别利用，使原料价值最大化。为了分析讨论不同工艺途径下的产品方案，本文利用秸秆炼制技术结合某地秸秆资源特征，展开了工艺路线比较、产品方案比较和不同工艺路线的经济性比较。通过两条不同工艺路线的比较，选择出适合该地特征的工艺路线和产品方案，对指导秸秆炼制多元化思路有重要指导意义。

Abstract:

All components of straw by biomass straw refining technology can be made full use, in order to realize the target of value maximization. By using the biomass straw refining technology, the actual characteristics of straw resources at a certain area is described in paper, in order to analysis the product scheme of different technology route, and then different technology route, different product scheme and economy research with every technology route are compared. By comparing every technology route, optimal scheme and product scheme suitable for the actual characteristics of straw resources at a certain area can be found, which is beneficial to diversified development of the biomass straw refining technology.
