摘要：根据2010～2014年连续5年跟踪监测嵊泗县枸杞岛区域养殖贻贝重金属铅、镉的含量水平，从无公害限量标准判定、海洋生物质量评价、单因子污染指数评估等多角度对该区域内的贻贝质量安全进行了分析研究。结果表明：（1）贻贝样品的Pb含量水平均符合无公害标准的安全限量指标，而2010、2012年均有过半样品Cd含量超标；（2）五年期间该区域养殖贻贝样品的Pb生物质量一类率平均为25%， Cd生物质量一类率为0；（3）在单因子污染指数评估中，上述调查期间该区域内养殖贻贝样品总体判断为Pb微污染水平，Cd 污染水平基本呈逐年下降趋势，表明其食用风险降低。
Abstract: From continuous monitoring for content of lead and cadmium in maricultured Mytilus edulis Linné samples from ShengSi Gouqi Island during 2010-2014, evaluating quality security of samples based on“Free Food Aquatic Hazardous substances”, standard of“Marine biological quality ”and single factor contaminant index. The results showed that: (1) The content of lead in sampled maricultured Mytilus edulis Linné was below the maximum level of “Free Food Aquatic Hazardous substances”in past 5 years, and cadmium content within more than half of the samples was over referenced maximum level; (2)During 2010-2014, for the content level of lead, only 25 % samples reached the first degree of “Marine biological quality ”standard, moreover, concerning cadmium, none reached the first degree;(3) By the way of single factor contaminant index, it evaluated the content of lead was of micro-pollution level, and the content of cadmium was in decline, which indicated the decreasing food security of maricultured Mytilus edulis Linné.
