摘要：随着信息化与制造业的不断融合，以智能制造为主要特征的工业4.0时代已经到来。工业机器人作为实现智能制造的基础装备之一，其应用领域越来越广，使许多传统行业产生了颠覆性重构。本文通过分析现有风电叶片装配中存在的问题，并结合工业机器人在汽车装配和飞机装配中的应用，指明工业机器人在风电叶片装配作业中的必要性及对风电叶片自动装配生产线建立的启示。
Abstract: Industry 4.0, characterized by intelligent manufacturing, has arrived, as more information technology is integrated into manufacture industry. Industrial robot, as one of basic equipments for intelligent manufacturing, has been used in different fields and resulted in huge changes for many traditional industries. This paper presents an analysis of problems in wind turbine assembly and an overview of industrial robot application in automobile and plane assembly, and then points out the essence of industrial robot to wind turbine blade assembly. More importantly, some key elements for the establishment of automatic assembly line are discussed.
