季戊四醇油酸酯的合成新工艺研究

　　

摘要：以季戊四醇、油酸为原料合成季戊四醇油酸酯，研究了催化剂种类及用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、反应体系压力对反应的影响。最佳条件如下：季戊四醇与油酸的摩尔比1:3.9，催化剂为自制催化剂C，为反应物总质量的1%，反应温度为200度，反应时间为6小时。所得季戊四醇酯，酸值较低，颜色较浅，可以直接用作机械润滑油。此工艺过程简单，易于操作，具有很好的价值，适合工业化生产。

Abstract：Pentaerythritol oleic acid ester was synthesized by the reaction of pentaerythritol with oleic acid. The type and amount of catalyst, ratio of starting materials, reaction temperature, time and pressure were also studied. Best conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of pentaerythritol and oleic acid is 1: 3.9, the C catalyst is the best catalyst with the mass of the reactants of 1%. The best reaction conditions is 200℃ for 6 h. Pentaerythritol ester, with lower acid value and light color, could be directly used as mechanical lubricant. This process is simple and easy to operate, with good value.
