化工企业清洁生产审核中生产过程单元残余物的分析与实践

摘要：清洁生产审核中生产过程单元残余物分析需在明确单元残余物基本信息的基础上，以单元残余物为基准点回溯生产过程，并对产生残余物的产生原因进行排查。其中，清洁生产审核中的生产过程单元残余物流分析是以现场考察为基础完成的。参照生产过程单元残余物的分析框架，某化工企业在清洁生产审核中对生产过程单元残余物进行了实践，并对各单元残余物的产生原因进行了排查，为清洁生产审核工作的完成奠定了基础。

Abstract: Analysis of the production process unit
residues in cleaner product audit need be based on the basic information of the
unit residues, with unit residue as a reference point back to the production
process, and carried out the investigation on the reasons of residue. Among
them, the analysis of production process unit residual logistics is based on
the spot investigation. According to the analysis framework of process units of
residue, a case of chemical enterprise on the unit residue has been put into practice
in cleaner product audit.
