
摘要:采用微弧氧化处理在纯铝及6061铝合金表面制备氧化膜,研究基体、氧化时间对膜的组成、形貌、厚度、粗糙度的影响。结果表明:纯铝及合金微弧氧化初期所形成的陶瓷层的主要相成分为Al相、γ-Al2O3,在后期所形成的两种陶瓷层均存在W相、AlPO4相SiO2相;陶瓷层的厚度随时间呈现线性增加,纯铝陶瓷层的生长速度大于6061陶瓷层的生长速度;陶瓷层的粗糙度受陶瓷层的结构与厚度的影响;在微弧氧化过程中,陶瓷中元素的含量随氧化时间而变化,氧化时间增加,Al含量降低,O、Si与W含量增加,在氧化后期趋于稳定。
Abstract:The micro-arc oxidation coatings on pure aluminium and its alloy 6061 were prepared by micro-arc oxidation, and the composition, morphology, thickness and roughness were studied. The results showed that coatings formed in the early stage were mainly composed of Al phase, γ-Al2O3 phase, and the coating samples of the last stage had quartz phase and berlinite phase, and had good crystallization. The thickness of the coatings increased linearly, and the growth rate of pure aluminium coatings was more than that of 6061-T4 alloy coatings. The roughness of the ceramic coatings was affected by the thickness and the structure of as-oxidized MAO coatings. Along with the MAO time changed, so did the element content. As time passed,the Al concentration decreased but the concentrations of O, W and Si were the opposite, and their content reached to be relatively stable in the last stage.
