对高校专利成果转化实践过程的探索与思考  曾萍旺

　　

摘要：本文以高校专利成果转化的实践探索过程为基础，围绕近年来高校专利成果数量迅猛增长，但专利转化率很低、大部分专利仅仅停留在理论研究阶段的问题，提出一种由高校为学生提供专利转化平台的解决方法，在促进高校专利成果转化的同时，极大丰富学生的课后生活，并且有效改变大学生动手实践能力不足的问题。

Abstract : Based on patent achievements transformation of colleges and universities, on the basis of the practice exploration around the rapid increase in colleges and universities patent achievements in recent years, but patent conversion rate is very low, most of the patent only stay in the theoretical research stage of the problem, put forward a kind of platform provided by colleges and universities for students to patent transformation. at the same time of promoting patent achievements transformation of colleges and universities, greatly enrich students' after-school life, and the problem of insufficient change effectively the students' practical ability.
