[摘要] 目的：对不同产地巴戟天中大黄素甲醚的含量进行比较研究。方法：采用HPLC测定不同产地巴戟天中大黄素甲醚的含量，色谱柱：Agilent(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)；以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水为流动相(78:22)；流速1.00 mL·min^-1；柱温30 ℃；检测波长254 nm。结果：巴戟天中大黄素甲醚的线性范围为0.118-1.18 μg/mL，大黄素甲醚的平均回收率在87.12%。不同产地巴戟天中大黄素甲醚的含量有所不同。结论：所建立的分析方法可以测定巴戟天中大黄素甲醚的含量。

HPLC analysis of physcion in Morinda officinalis from different locations

[Abstract] Objective :To establish a HPLC method to determine the quantitative of physcion in Morinda officinalis from different locations.Methods:Separation column was Agilent C₁₈(4.6×250mm,5μm)with the column temperature of room temperature.The mobile phase composition was methonal-0.1% phosphoric acid (78：22) and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 254nm.Results :A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.118-1.18μg/mL with r =0.9991.The average recovery was87.12%,and RSD was %(n=6).Conclusion : The content of physcion was vary with the producing area of Morinda officinalis.The method was good for determining physcion in Morinda officinalis.
