尿素装置中液位计的选型和安装

　　

摘要：各种液位计的在尿素装置上都有所应用，并且液位计的准确度是尿素稳定运行的重要参数。而尿素装置具有高温、高压及介质腐蚀性强，易结晶，介质密度波动大的特点，对各种类型的液位计都有相应的要求。本文简述了尿素装置各类代表性设备液位计的选型和安装，提出了尿素装置液位计的应用范围，选型要点和安装要求。

Abstract: Types of liquidometer are used in Urea plant, the liquid level measurement which is important parameter to enable the stable operation of the Urea plant. There are a lot of features of Urea plant which need take corresponding requirement of liquidometer selection, such as high pressure and temperature, the strong corrosivity of medium, easy crystal, big density fluctuation, etc. This article describes the liuquidometer selection and installation which used in kinds of typical equipment of Urea plant, and make requirements of the liquidometer’s application range, model selection and installation.
