Cu2+掺杂纳米FeS复合材料的制备及电化学性能研究
  

摘要纳米FeS晶体结构稳定、离子导电率较高,但是在反应的过程中也易形成副产物,造成一定的损失。所以为了提高锂离子电池的各项电池性能如导电性及稳定性等,抑制多硫化锂等副产物的影响本文采用液相沉淀法将Cu2+掺入FeS制得纳米复合材料Fe(1-x)CuxS,并作为负极材料组装成锂离子二次电池测试其电化学性能及循环性能。

Abstract: nano FeS crystal has stable structure and high ionic conductivity, but it is easy to form a by-product in the process of reaction and cause some losses. So in order to improve the performance of the battery of lithium ion batteries such as conductivity and stability, the inhibitory effect of many by-products such as lithium sulfide, using liquid phase precipitation method of Cu2+ doped FeS nano composite was prepared by Fe (1-x CuxS), and assembled as anode materials for lithium ion secondary battery two to test its electrochemical performance and the cycle performance.
