SBS改性沥青抗老化研究
  

本研究研究了抗老化剂A,B对SBS改性沥青老化性能的影响。利用正交实验设计考察了发育温度、发育时间以及抗老化剂添加量的影响规律,研究表明:在发育温度175℃,发育时间1h,抗老化剂含量3%的条件下,添加抗老化剂ASBS改性沥青经过薄膜烘箱实验后针入度比和延度比最优分别为0.84和0.5;在发育温度175℃,发育时间3h,抗老化剂B含量1%的条件下、添加抗老化剂B的SBS改性沥青经过薄膜烘箱实验后针入度比和延度比最优分别为0.79和0.49。相对于没有添加抗老化剂的SBS改性沥青,添加抗老化剂A后,SBS改性沥青薄膜烘箱试验后针比和延度比分别提高了9%和43%;添加抗老化剂B后,SBS改性沥青薄膜烘箱试验后针比和延度比分别提高了29%和11%。添加抗老化剂A的SBS改性沥青的针入度比和延度比比添加抗老化剂B的SBS改性沥青分别提高了6.3%和2%。

Abstract:

In this study, the effect of anti-aging agent A and B on the aging properties of SBS modified asphalt was studied. The influence of the development temperature, development time and the addition of anti-aging agent was studied by orthogonal experiment design. Research shows:At the developmental temperature of 175 degrees, the development time of 1H and the content of anti-aging agent 3%, the ratio of penetration ratio and ductility ratio of SBS modified asphalt added with anti-aging agent A is 0.84 and 0.5; At the developmental temperature of 180 degrees, the development time of 3H and the content of anti-aging agent 3%, the ratio of penetration ratio and ductility ratio of SBS modified asphalt added with anti-aging agent B is 0.79 and 0.49. Relative to SBS modified asphalt without adding anti-aging agent, after adding anti-aging agent A, the needle ratio and ductility ratio of SBS modified asphalt increased by 9% and 43% respectively after the experiment of film oven; after adding anti-aging agent B, the needle ratio and ductility ratio of SBS modified asphalt increased by 29% and 11% respectively after the experiment of film oven. The penetration ratio and ductility of SBS modified asphalt added with anti-aging agent A increased by 6.3% and 2% respectively, compared with that of SBS modified asphalt added with anti-aging agent B .
