
摘要:采用浸渍法制备活性炭负载锰的催化剂,探讨了锰负载量、Na2S2O8浓度、催化剂用量、亚甲基蓝的初始浓度、pH值以及无机离子对降解亚甲基蓝的影响,并运用XRD和SEM对该催化剂进行表征。实验结果表明:在锰负载量为6%、Na2S2O8浓度为5.5g/L、催化剂用量为0.25g、亚甲基蓝初始浓度为14mg/L、pH为5的条件下,亚甲基蓝的降解率最高为97.1%。

The Degradation of Methylene Blue by Sodium Persulfate with Mn-loaded
Activated Carbon as Catalyst

Abstract: Activated carbon with manganese loaded as catalyst was prepared by using impregnation method, th-e influences of factors such as Mn loading account, sodium persulfate concentration, catalyst dosage, methylene blue initial concentration, pH value and different inorganic ions were investigated. And X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the catalyst. The results showed that the best Mn-loaded account of catalyst was 6% , and when the initial concentration of methylene blue was 14mg/L, the ox-idant dosage was 5.5g/L, the catalyst dosage was 0.25g, the pH value was 5, the best decolorization rate of methylene blue was 97.1%.
