面向TiCl4工业过滤的基础应用研究

　　

摘要：详细介绍了TiAl金属间化合物多孔膜应用于TiCl₄工业过滤的基础研究。研究了终端过滤原理，考察了滤膜孔径和外加电压对TiCl₄过滤性能的影响，结果表明孔径为4 μm的分离膜可适用于固含量为8.5%的粗TiCl₄分离提纯，当外加电压为7.5v时，过滤稳定周期最长，过滤速度衰减最慢，完全满足生产过滤要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic research of the porous TiAl intermetallic membrane applied to TiCl₄ industrial filtration. The principle of terminal filtration was studied, and the influence of pore diameter and applied voltage on the filtration properties of TiCl₄ was investigated. The results illustrate that 4 μm separation membrane can be applied to coarse TiCl₄ separation purification with solid content of 8.5%. When the applied voltage is 7.5 V, the filter cycle is the longest, and filtration speed attenuation is the slowest, which fully meets the production filtration requirement.
